Attorney Mark A. DeVicchio
Attorney Mark A. DeVicchio brings vast experience to his role as Director of BK&M’s Domestic Relations Practice Group having spent 25 years in private practice before joining the firm in 2016.
A 1984 graduate of Ursuline High School, Attorney DeVicchio earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from John Carroll University in 1988. He received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1991. He was admitted to practice in the United States District Court in 1992.
Mark served as a review officer under Mahoning County Domestic Relations Judge John J. Leskovansky and later was appointed a magistrate in Mahoning County Domestic Relations Court. While holding those positions he gained valuable experience presiding over hearings and trials in a number of areas of domestic law, including parental custody, companionship and parenting time, child support, spousal support, property division, contempt and domestic violence.
In addition to his domestic and family law-focused practice, Attorney DeVicchio represented clients in both civil and criminal cases for nearly twenty-five years before joining Betras, Kopp & Harshman, LLC. He is a member of the Mahoning County Bar Association.
A lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley, Mark is an accomplished musician and founding member of the highly popular musical group the House Band. He and his spouse Kim DeVicchio have two sons, Louie and Giovanni.
